📊 Feedback Visualizations (Charts FTW)

You can now visualize feedback across time with features, companies, product areas and all the information at your fingertips! see trends and identify areas of interest easily!

And the best part? it persists into views alongside the filters and grouping that affects it (Grouping makes beautiful stacked bars 💪🏻)


🛠️ Features, Issues or Bugs oh my!

Sometimes it's hard to decide if a request is actually a complaint… if something new is needed or an improvement instead.
we've added a "Type" property for each request so a "Feature" can now be an "Issue" if you (or AI 😉) think that it's less about requesting new abilities but rather a failure of existing ones.

Pro Tip: you can toggle searching for issues ON/OFF per integration (maybe you want to search for issues in Intercom but only features in Gong...)


🤓 Various improvements and smaller additions:

  • Upgraded to GPT4.1 (from 4o)

  • Improved Miro boards Insights app reliability

  • Feedback page speed improvements

  • Completed legacy accounts migration (Sign-in only available using Miro account system).

  • Fixed various bugged filters (especially when multiple filters are involved)
