We now support multiple Slack workspaces at once! It is especially useful for those of you who have a main workspace (with Slack Connect) and another community Slack.

🤓 Specialized AI improvements

Better understanding of “exploration” conversations: common questions, problems and explorations of core/obvious parts of your product you don’t want AI to be considering as feature requests. Very common in first sales calls (prospects) or support conversations (customers)
Better, more confident AI for feature priority: AI will now set the priority for a company wanting a specific feature with much higher accuracy (this includes marking the feature as Critical, e.g. deal maker/breaker)

🧩 Added Attention integration

A collaboration with our friends at Attention to create a custom integration to bring in conversations and customer requests

🧱 Other improvements

Speed improvements for bringing in Gong conversations (especially on first sync, which is often massive)
