FAQ

How do I find all feedback and feature requests from a specific company?

From your Companies dashboard, either open a company record directly from the list shown in your view, or search for the company name from the top right of the screen. The company record panel shows all issues and feature requests linked to that company separated with a Details tab that includes the Features and Issues associated with the Company and a Feedback tab that includes customer conversations and feedback. Items highlighted in purple are AI-recommended as particularly relevant for that account. If a suggestion looks correct, you can create a new feature or issue directly from this view or link the feedback to the company by hovering over the content highlighted in purple. The item will then turn white and automatically be linked to the selected company for easy tracking and follow-up.

How is company value (ARR) used in the Companies tool?

Company value (Annual Recurring Revenue, or ARR) is displayed to help you weigh the business impact of requests. This allows you to prioritize features or issues that are important to your highest-value customers. ARR is typically estimated based on the customer’s current subscription plan, contract details, or billing records available in your connected CRM or billing system. If exact figures aren’t available, ARR may be calculated using the most recent or average contract value for that company. This ensures you have a reliable indicator of each company’s business significance when making prioritization decisions.
